The complex also  exemplifies a fully integrated approach to sustainability. The exterior skin incorporates sunshades, light shelves, and planters to help the building exceed energy efficiency requirements.

The proposed New Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang City Centre Complex (KLBBCC) is a mixed-use development integrating corporate office space, service apartments, soho, commercial area, retail space, and below grade parking. The building design responds and manipulate the natural  gradient of the site which minimizes unusable space and contributes to the cost efficiency of the building, whilst minimising the disturbance to the landform.

 

The Building Complex comprises of 8 towers which includes : Tower 1&2- Service Apartments and Soho, Tower 3&4 -Condominium, Tower 5&6 –Service Apartment, Tower 7 – Hotel and Tower 8 -  the building’s iconic centrepiece , a 50 storey high KLBBCC office tower. The development is linked by exterior walkways, external pedestrian link bridges, a main central open plaza, and other public plazas.

 

The design for KLBBCC development is cohesive and integrated in its architecture with spaces designed to encourage easy orientation and movement and enhance open exchange among tenants and visitors.
